REPOST and ADD ON: HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!! VIACOMCMD NOTE:
Was taken aback slightly when I noticed song two was titled, "By The Waters OF Minnetonka' as that is a big chain of lakes/Minneapolis suburb and pro bass fishing spot in next suburb over from where I grew up in MN! Another minty 1961 vinyl and cover like the two posts below in this mini-theme (middle from 1967). Ear candy.

Can it be that there is a mix up with Perspectives in Percussion, the album cover shown first, and IRV Cottler, around the world in percussion, of which you share the music ( and the pictures of the vinyl labels)?
Thanks Anonymous! As per normal for the cheap Goodwill Store records I get occasionally, Irv's cover with the shiny silver reflection was Vol. 1 of the Perspectives and someone had slipped in the Irv to that. Went fetch over at Discogs and is corrected--but I will say I prefer the Irv record. Thanks again and have a Happy 4th Of July!!!!
