A little late on this request for this Canadian alternative rock group from Tsawwassen, British Columbia formed in 1981, with other albums perhaps worthy of hearing. To me it sounded a little like a cross between Eno's 'Another Green Day" with his vocals based on a Joe Strummer Clash gruff sound.
