Don't even get me started on how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this guy! He plays the villain, Swan, in one of my all-time favorite movies, "Phantom of the Paradise," and he wrote all of the AMAZING music from that film. If you've never seen it, you should! "Old Souls" and "Phantom's Theme (Beauty and the Beast)" are two of THE BEST songs ever written and should have been HUGE hits. Not to mention that Williams has a pretty damn great voice. He's an incredible songwriter!

I will have to seek out the soundtrack me thinks, Angsty. I stream-captured the movie from VHS last year and have the file as MP4 if anyone wanted me to post it. Thanks for comment.

You should definitely post the movie! And the soundtrack is just AMAZING, so yes, do check it out! I was really impressed with the film's other leads, Jessica Harper and the late William Finley, as they were REALLY good singers as well as being great in their roles. Harper in particular has an INCREDIBLE voice (she also sang in "Shock Treatment," the Rocky Horror sequel). And don't even get me started on Paul Williams' songs. Each and every one of them is fantastic.

Haha, you're very welcome! I LOVE this version of the soundtrack -- the original one is just the full-length songs from the film, but this one has so many little in-between bits that I just LOVE! Thanks so much for posting it!
