VA - THE SQUEALER presents SHUFFLE THIS CD 96

 With my post a few weeks ago of 'Gathering at the Depot' I've kind of been into the local MN compilations again and this one has a rare Soul Asylum track that totally rocks out.  Also, you are now familiar with Casino Royale--my buddies at the old MN bike rallies/derbies with bands downtown--as they have a classic tune on here 'Try 2 Be Raw" with oldest hip hop band I know from MN, Phull Surkle with last time seeing them was with Atmosphere for their first album during MLK day gig.  If I were more organized I would scan all my old Squealer fanzines when Rev. 105 was going strong to go with this.  That zine came out after CAKE that I also collected during 1994 The Edge radio days .  Other bands:  Suicide Commandos, The Magnolias, Bill Lang Trio, February, Own, Nova Mob, The Vibro Champs, Dr. Spincter (your host from Amphetamine Reptile video I posted long ago--used to see him riding his bicycle near Cedar Lake on the city lakes chain), Frances Gumm, John Casey, Vinegar Madonna, June Sunday, LIKEHELL, Cows, Supermodel, Perfect, The Great Depression and Run Westy Run.  A lot of this recorded at Pachyderm studios like the old Golden Smog stuff.
