Got a pleasant surprise from this Goodwill CD as found out Johnny Marr from the Smiths co-produced it and also helped on the playing. Back when bands were experimenting with electronic music away from their bigger bands like when Gibby Haynes and Jeff Pinkus of The Butthole Surfers did the Jackofficers - Digital Dump CD in 1990 that I got right away and enjoyed immensely!

I tried your links today and they still are working. Perhaps your downloader is not opening properly. Some have said you have to play with your cookie settings in google chrome. See if you can even go to Gofile.com maybe site is blocked or cookies blocked. I can repost in zippyshare but that link hosting site throws ad after ad at you if you don't click the download square three times right away and then you have to wait for the assault to end after like 5 minutes to finally get the file. Wish there was a better hosting site I didn't have to pay monthly for like MEGA. I'm afraid if I do then high nodal traffic will take the link down anyways like use to happen to me a zippyshare and still does but over longer time at gofiles so I am reluctant to shell out for the services and keep it on the free tip while spending money mainly at discogs.
