Doctor Hook And The Medicine Show - Doctor Hook LP 72 w Sloppy Seconds LP 72 w Belly Up! LP 73 w Bankrupt LP 75 w A Little Bit More LP 76 w Revisited LP 76 w Makin' Love And Music LP 77 w Pleasure And Pain LP 78 w Sometimes You Win... LP 78 w Rising LP 80 w Players In The Dark LP 82

REPOST and RELABLE:  I've been moving my WINRAR rips and MP3 25 Gb time stamped folders (25 of them since I began--I like to play each one on random as it forms AI and speaks to me it seems) in one large hard drive to make requests much quicker and with all my movie and TV MP4's also so I can copy it and send to my little sister up in AK as I promised to send her this for her birthday a few months ago.  Well Dr. Hook song labels were in such a mess that I last megapost I was missing some tracks.  Well make sure to download this final version as it is much better.  Enjoy!

Great stuff you've been putting up. If you happen to run across anything by the band Wednesday Week, that would be great. Been looking for a while as their stuff is apparently out of print. Thanx.

Shel Silverstein is awesome. There's a tribute album called Twistable Turnable Man that really rocks, too.

Thanks!

A Danish TV producer loved Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show, so we got used use to watch them (in the nude) on the only, Danish TV channel in the early to mid 70s. We also had the pleasure (no pain) to catch them LIVE in Malmö, here in the south of Sweden, in the summer of '76 (I was 14...), which sort of ended their Medicine Show era.

They cut their hair and name, and although I still love 'Bankrupt' (1976), nothing after that was worth the while in our ears. Mum bought Ray Sawyer's solo album, I still remember that opening 'Red-Wing Blackbird' song, and if you still don't have it, it's yours from a dollar and up at Dutch Discogs:

PS. THIS is where 'The Cover of "Rolling Stone"' first appeared. On 'Sloppy Seconds!' 1972...essential stuff!
