 Found this one just sitting there waiting for me on lunchbreak over at Goodwill in minty shape!  Yep, this was our class of 86 I would say and for me especially as my best/first friend I met in our sandbox in the backyard when he finally moved to San Diego with his mom, my mom would take care of him all summer when he came back to show us how he learned nunchucks and taught me how to make a pair at the hardware store.  He was also into the Romantics, Oingo Boingo and Bow Wow Wow and I was already an early skateboarder on my second pair of vans...at any rate a classic movie!  Features:  Jackson Browne, Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Louise Goffin, Timothy B.  Ten guys and 1 gal make up this blue-eyed soul and hard rock group.  My older brother turned me on to them as he liked their cover of the graduation song classic 'Never Walk Alone'.  I didn't realize they had one more album after this so will have to add on later as I am also missing the live split album they did with the Isley Brothers and others (my copy was missing their record but had 2 copies of the other!

 Posted this band near the top as Les Claypool and members were a key favorite band in the 90's that I saw multiple times such as a festival with Neil Young, Beck and Ben Folds Five that my buddy and I brought some bar regulars to the festival.  Since I was lending my little brother RHCP, fIREHOSE and Brother's Johnson records for his slap bass learning, these guys fit right in also.  He turned me on to the Infectious Grooves as well with Mike Muir and Co. with a slap bass sound.  From Goodwill.

 REPOST Request:  Just a great group with some very well connected players!  Formed by Anton Frier in 1981.      Per Wiki:     The Golden Palominos were an American musical group headed by drummer, producer, arranger, and composer Anton Fier, first formed in 1981. Aside from Fier, the Palominos membership fluctuated, with only bassist Bill Laswell and guitarist Nicky Skopelitis appearing on every album through 1996. Their final work, 2012's A Good Country Mile features vocalist Kevn Kinney. The band's early work developed out of the No Wave scene, but later branched out into alternative rock, country rock and electronic music.

While the Palominos' records usually featured a core set of musicians and a certain emotional continuity throughout the bulk of an album, various guest appearances resulted in stylistic changes from track to track. Fier stated that he thought of himself as a casting director, elaborating: "Each record was an experiment and some lasted for two records, never longer than that. I chalk it up to my short attention span and the fact that there were lots of people I wanted to work with and ways to explore areas of music I was interested in, and certain combos wouldn't fit with others, so one record would be this and another record would be something else
