TRINI LOPEZ - Trini Lopez At PJ's LP 63 w On The Move LP 64 w Greatest Hits LP 66

I had posted a rip of the Greatest hits before but I replaced it with better vinyl (also from Goodwill) as the other two were great shape as well.   What I wrote before:  Frank Sinatra gave him a start in '63 when he started REPRISE records and recorded Trini.  He does a cool version of 'La Bamba' and his A-ME-RI-CA song is so familiar it was even sung by Chavo Pederast for Black Flag during the Decline of Western Civilization movie.  Per Discogs:  Real Name:

Trinidad Lopez, III

Profile:  American singer, guitarist and actor.

Initially receiving very little success, Lopez landed a steady engagement at the nightclub PJ's.

He was heard there by Frank Sinatra, who had started his own label, Reprise Records, and who subsequently signed Lopez.

His debut live album, Trini Lopez At PJ's, was released in 1963, & his career took off from that point.
