REPOST Request:  Well the request was just for The Cheepskates so I had to turn it into my top V neo paisley bands from high school daze as today it is rare for me to listen to something more than once due to ripping 15 or so every week.  Forming this post around all the ENIGMA compilations and one other the VA - Garage Sale! from ROIR that has ALL the top bands for neo paisley which they say was out of CA hence the pictures above.  Original posts are all up with these links added.
