RON WRIGHT, KEN MANSFIELD - VAN NUYS BLVD. OMPST LP 79

 Big thanks to Rawkin' Dog (a vinyl ripping purist like me making me aware of compressed CD rips all over to avoid) as he had posted a week ago the Broken Home (scroll down to my repost) album that had a hit song on one of his Cosmic Disco Club (in Lazise, Italy) comp tapes he posted so when I downloaded it and found the VAN NUYS song, it was weird because I had just streamcaptured (however a time/image shift issue) the movie the week before from a DVD 80's movies boxset and really dug that tune!  I put his post details about the famous club/tapes in the file with song list.  I also put in my movie rip from 3 weeks (date proves it!) ago so you can see my old blvd. hang key connecting street when I lived there a year in 2003--one time seeing a large mountain lion on the way home from seeing Black Flag play at Bigfoot Lounge with no singer except us the fans singing/shouting all the words!  A few months later saw Dick Dale and Agent Orange at the Surf Museum before my drive down Van Nuys Blvd. to go home to my apartment on Spring Road in Moorpark, CA.  Love the funny vocal inflection that was common for the time akin to Mouth & MacNeil, ha ha.  Now it's the AVE for me but certainly still a way of life.
