Formed by Arthur Ferrante (New York City, Sept 7, 1921 - † Sept 19, 2009) & Louis Teicher (Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Aug 24, 1924 - † Highlands, North Carolina, Aug 3, 2008).
