REPOST and ADD ON: Thanks to Jim H. per last weeks Walking Wounded (comment at end) post comment (he produced the Pop EP Go!) for getting me to look at expired post, add the Quick EP AND see that I had left the 'E' off his first name long ago. What I wrote before: Great 80's studio wizard as producer and player. Have seen his name as producer on a few key releases and and and he was an ORIGINAL MEMBER OF THE SPARKS!!!! From comments and Discogs: American guitarist, songwriter, engineer and producer. After a stint as engineer at Brother Studio, Santa Monica, he set up his own, home based studio in Thousand Oaks, CA., which is credited by many names, including:
Earle's Cow Palace, Earle's Psychedelic Shack, Earles Studio, Earle's Garage, Earle Mankey's Kitchen & Den, Earle's Favorite Studio, Earle Mankey's Jungle Room, Earles Igloo Estudio, Earle's Sound & Body Shop, Earle's Temple Of Music, Earle's Estudio, Earles' Non-Mobile Estudio, Earle's Voodoo Room, Earle Mankey's Music Kitchen & Den, Earle's Funny Farm.

I had no idea that he'd recorded stuff on his own -- I'm interested to hear this! Former producer with the Beach Boys' Brother Records label......Jim H. said: also produced the FANTASTIC first album by LA's 20/20 and The Pop too..

Drove up to his house in Thousand Oaks from LA, and we spent a couple of days in his home studio. He was a very nice guy and a lot of fun to work with. I had an idea to put a telephone ring on a song, and he hooked up his phone to a mic, went to a neighbor's house and rang his phone so we could get the sound we wanted. Also, his wife use to serve us peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It was the first time I worked with someone who had an anything goes attitude. I learned a lot. https://bestfile.io/CjVauIt74F6BhCt/file
