Hey, I have a friend looking for this, would you happen to have it? It's very hard to find

Over $40 from Japan for two songs!? Sorry ClassicMusic20 but you've fallen down the list, I have 8 album requests. Cheers!
Sorry Viacom, I only requested it cause I saw one cheap copy on discogs, and assumed it was cheap. I also requested it cause my friend is looking for it and asked me if I had it cause she wants it for her show that she does with this type of music, and its pretty rare and I noticed its only two copies. You don't have to get upset at me for requesting it.
you really don't know me. I'm not upset just want $40 from you since it's YOUR friend.
No it's okay, I can wait. Thanks again though
You must be agin' ha ha I just bought it on ebay from Japan for $3 ($17 w shipping from Japan) whereas the link you sent was for Discogs with 3 copies all from Japan for the $28-$40. Take a little time next time and send the right link. I know you guys all mean well when requesting but help me a little first? It was last copy on ebay per usual so you can see what I mean...I was lucky.
I must be aging? I just spotted what you said there just a few days ago. I have you know I'm a young guy in my middle 20s who loves old music and I’m still living with my parents, don’t really have the money to buy vinyl. I am not old as you think I am. Second, my friend sent me that discogs link, I wasn't really thinking of looking on eBay because I don't really go on there much to look at prices, but I am glad you've got it on there. Third: I've gotten your Tom Bresh post that you put up several months ago and I'm noticing that you've got a horrible quality version of a single of his off of Youtube, I am never like that, I'm all about getting the best quality, I'm not about going on Youtube and being like "Oh it's on Youtube, I'm going to get it off there." We have apps that can download things off Youtube (Called VideoProc Converter) we don't use websites like you do. I was so surprise you discovered a website that can download things on Youtube because it blocks not only me, but all of us who are requesting rare albums that have horrible versions on Youtube. And I don't believe we should be paying you to buy our albums (I thought this blog was free) I think we should pay for these albums ourselves and rip them ourselves, we don't need to pay some total stranger to buy something he's going to rip and keep to himself. And fourth: I have soulseek where I can download albums, and half of the albums that you put on here are on Soulseek, I am so surprised you never thought of joining that instead of "Oh look, they're on Youtube, I'll get it there." I liked you when I first discovered this blog years ago, but it feels like you've gotten so political on here, its wrecking your personality to me and other users on here, you are such a jerk and there, I said it for what it is, you attack people when they want to help you out or even me when I didn’t want to pay the debt and said “I can wait” and you’re warning people about me as if I’m a problem, what gives? I want to find a blog that's kind and gentler and peaceful and is willing to help you out, and if his debt is low, he will be like "you're going to have to wait" not a guy who rages at people if they say "I can wait" I don't like for what you did to me last year, I am not a problem, you're the problem. And I've mentioned to other users on Soulseek and they agreed, you have issues.
Glad you're getting your shit together with the shrink!

Discomfort With Constructive Criticism

Feedback isn’t rejection, but it can feel that way to younger employees who are used to instant validation online. Some Gen Z workers take performance reviews or corrections personally, reacting defensively or emotionally. Managers want growth. But it’s hard to coach someone who interprets every note as a personal attack.
