VA - ROCK ON! Golden Rock Greats 3LP 74

 IT'S ONLY ROCK & ROLL:  Keeping the blog going this week with what I can--having no working rip computer since it took a dump on me after 9000+ rips.  The rub is I have to use my favorite ripping software which I was lucky to get work on Windows 7 but made for up to Windows XP.  The replacement I bought had a goofy optical port instead of RCA jack on the line in so will return that one tomorrow for full refund.  Scrapped that old Gateway PC when they couldn't fix it or recover my last session of 3 hours of WAV files for one set of 2 that I do weekly.  Bought a Windows XP computer last weekend for round 2 and pictures showed back panel with RCA jack for line-in lets just hope it works or this may be a year long project.  This is a great three vinyl release featuring: Loggins And Messina, Albert Hammond, Mott The Hoople, Billy Joe Royal, Santana, Mac Davis, Loudon Wainwright III, Mark Lyndsay, Gary Puckett And The Union Gap, Redbone, Bobby Sherman, The Chambers Brothers, Ocean, The 5 Stairsteps, Brotherhood Of Man, Lobo, Sly And The Family Stone, Smith, Paul Revere And The Raiders, Herbie Hancock, Blood, Sweat And Tears, Tommy Roe, Dawn, Steppenwolf, The Grass Roots, Honey Cone, Frijid Pink, Hamilton, Joe Frank And Reynolds, The Jaggerz and The Byrds.
