SCAT MAN CROTHERS - Rock And Roll With Scat Man LP 37 w Joe Williams - st LP

IT'S ONLY ROCK & ROLL: If anyone noticed I forgot to post for this category last week mainly because I had one of his albums labelled goofily and couldn't find it.  I was also going to post it this week with another Joe Williams project under another artist and had it all recorded for set 1 of 2 of my standard 3-4 hour sessions I do each week which is usually around 15 slabs of vinyl converted but finally my computer took a dump on me! (after 9000 rips--going to keep for museum exhibit someday maybe)  Luckily I had just taken off my 25 Gb mp3-rips back up folder I keep from the PC desktop--leaving only one week of rips that I will have to extract from WINRAR files to get back to normal.  My knee jerk reaction was to pick up my little Gateway PC, look for the model number, search for it on Ebay (since PC's in store nowadays don't seem to have soundcards anymore and are just boxes with like 8 USB ports on the front and that is all).  At any rate, the new $100 PC shipped Monday so may be up and running for Mardi Gras posts next week.   Let's hope so.  Oh, yeah the Scat Man did voiceover on my fave Saturday morning cartoon classic, "Hong Kong Fui"  and was on other cartoon shows so he raised me right and hey we even share a little bit of the 'shine' per his role in 'The Shining" by Stephen King.   Oh yeah the last album shone had identical tracks to the first and the first "rock 'n' roll" has the best sound hands down so only two albums posted.
