LARRY RASPBERRY AND THE HIGHSTEPPERS - High Steppin' And Fancy Dancin' LP 74 w In The Pink LP 75 w No Accident LP 79
REPOST Request: What I wrote before: Well, I knew this band must have a 60's connection and sure enough per the comment he is former singer for the Gentrys of 'Keep On Dancin' fame. Now we just need the later live album, "We Have Not Yet Begun To Sweat". UPDATE: I found on youtube and will do repost in this spot so hold off downloading if you want that added in a few days.

I have been looking for his stuff for ages. I never saw them live, but I saw them on some weekend TV show, and they were brilliant. Thank you so much for this!

I've been looking for No Accident forever! Larry sells a cassette tape on his website, mail order form with a check required. Old School!

Passed over this until I realized that it's none other than the former lead vocalist for The Gentrys (of Keep on Dancin' fame). Going to have to give this a listen. Thanks for sharing.

I tried downloading this back in December. When I tried to play it I found that I only had a partial file. Would you mind generating a new link to this file. I've been wanting to hear it again. I may use the lyrics of Rock & Roll Warning in my epitaph!
Thank you for your interesting and sometimes obscure posts!

Thank you for re-posting this. The downloads went about 99% and then failed the first couple times i tried on the old link.
Cheers!

I saw Larry and the Highsteppers in a small club in Portland OR about 6 times or so...they'd come into town for 3 shows each time. One of my favorite acts of all time! (BTW, the Gentrys started in the mid-60s...)
