I agree. Bought this way WAY back when. I found it in the Cassette Cut Out bin! I figured for a buck or two why not. Smart move on my part. It still holds up as an incredible rock album. Great stuff, V!

When looking at the very long list of 20th Century R & R guitarists, Mr. G. is up there with the top-ten, stellar players. Just as relevant as Clapton, Beck, Page, etc. He just never got the exposure/had the hits like the other three.
If you are new to Rory (lucky you!), head straight to "Calling Card" for a great introduction to his studio work. His Live work/Lps might be the best reminder of his overall skills - dedication to the craft of entertaining hundreds of thousands of fans for many decades. Muddy Mike
