TOP 100 RARE LIST: Per Discogs: Room was formed in Blandford (actually Blandford Forum), Dorset near the southern coast in UK in 1968. They played a bluesy, twin guitar and brass driven, progressive rock with female vocals (Jane Kavern) in regional concert halls, particularly in nearby Bournemouth, until they got a contract with Decca sub-label Deram and released their only, badly promoted album, Pre-Flight, in 1970 and toured nationally. It's been sold for as high as $3,500.
