The Vinegrettes - is, as described on Discogs, tongue-in-cheek backing chorus name used by the Vinegar Joe vocalists.
I was very amused by this name, since in my area this is what they call a salad made from boiled potatoes, beets, carrots and sauerkraut or pickles, and this is what they call a sauce made from oil, vinegar and seasonings (according to Google). This is how we live on the same planet.
Anyway. The material is very nice!

I would like to note that when listening to the first recordings of the “Pearls” album, bugs (interruptions) were noticed. I assumed that the material was not taken from you and downloaded it again, but nothing changed. Hope this can be fixed.

I just replaced most of Elkie Brooks Pearls 1 with new files from dirpy! / youtube. Thanks for letting me know. It was such an old rip but mostly I think it was bad vinyl where I cut out media pops. I also moved your 'recipe' to the Vinegar Joe post where it belongs and left it in the other places.
