Interesting You Posted This One Up, He Was the Third Lead Singer of Santana (After Second singer from '73-74 Leon Thomas left) And through a girlfriend's brother, Patillo became a born-again christian, another interesting factor is Carlos Santana became a Christian through him, and some of the members of Earth, Wind & Fire (Maurice, Verdine and Fred White and Philip Bailey) became Christians through him as well when they and Santana were on the road together, And Patillo went to talk to them on the plane (Cause he didn't like these two groups being separated as the passengers and wanted to interact with them) and EWF saw the bible in his hand and they wanted to study it with him, he was telling them "I'm a Newcomer, I don't know much about it, yet" And after insisting, Patillo and them had bible studies during breaks and they became Christians! And one more: My mother and Father met Patillo back in the 90s at church where he was singing and giving out his testimony.
