This one harkens me back to when I spent $295 at Banana Records for an original press of the Phil Spector-discovered band in the streets of New York called the Crystals. This band being from Baltimore also starting at a young age as they formed in high school. The lead singer has a really cool high pitched male-sounding vocal akin to the Moments/Delfonics and others with great songs I will hold onto this Goodwill find as long as I have the Crystals that is for sure.
