VA - K-TEL HORIZONS LP 81 w Willie Aames 7 79

 I have plenty more K-Tel and the like compilations to rip but this one was a recent Goodwill find that really had some hard to find tunes on it like for instance remember: Steal Away from Robbie Dupree??  Also thanks to ClassicMusic20 for suggestion/requesting the Willie Ames 7 that I tacked onto this file as he was Tommy Bradford from Eight Is Enough--a show close to my heart since growing up in our own family of eight kids.  Only one song on double A-side but a good listen.  Other bands on this compilation:  Stephanie Mills, Daryl Hall & John Oates (WOW they cover 'You've Lost That Loving Feeling' quite well!!), Natalie Cole, Larry Graham (one in a million always gets me to ham it up when singing along--such a timeless classic for vocals!!), Commodores (never had heard their song 'Heroes' but like it a lot and hey T.S.O.L. finally released their band film/DVD "Ignore Heroes" I was reminded of and will buy ASAP), Melissa Manchester, Dionne Warwick (just a week off on posting this comp. since I had posted her stuff and like to include comp.'s with megaposts if possible), Don Williams, The Korgis, Stacy Lattisaw (just re-upped her post too!), Fred Knoblock, Air Supply (recent post), Robbie Dupree (yay! had not heard this tune in ages!) and The Dirt Band.
