REPOST Request: What I wrote before: These showed up in the dollar bin a little after Weezer covered their 'Africa' song so I am just now getting to them a little behind the resurgence of interest in the band. First album is unbelievably has quite a few hits I remember and their music is not that far removed from some of the choice tunes we have here at the blog--so a good fit! Now you can find here: TOTO (one of my little brother Tony's nicknames..LOL--oh another one!), POCO (the horse) and LOBO (the wolf). Yes, yes and Toto too!

So relieved to find that I'm not the only Toto fan around! It's another band that people make fun of me for liking, but I long ago ceased to care what other people think of my musical tastes, or consider the music I like "guilty pleasures." It's just good music, period. Though I DO think that they went downhill after these albums (I stopped buying their records after the eighth studio album "Kingdom of Desire"), these are classics!

Thanks for the Toto! I've never seen them as anything other than a serious group... so these'll be a fine listen.

I was weened in the early/mid 70s on Iggy, Dolls, MC5 and, even as I was going all-in on punk in '77 I have always been a a MASSIVE Toto fan since that first album, have everything by them(and always will) and I an a fairly substantial collection of LPs and CDs featuring the session work of Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro(and the others in the band but I'm hardcore about Jeff and Luke). Everything they touched in sessions, make the material better if not great. I must have, easily, around 150 releases featuring them. I strongly recommend reading Luke's "The Gospel According to Luke" biography that came out a few months ago...it's a fun, really wonderful read for fans.

Thank you for this catalog!
Hi, A Question Here? (A Few parts since they won’t let me post this long post) Jeff Porcarro (The drummer of Toto) At the time he passed, It says his cause of death was 'A Heart Attack Caused by an allergic reaction to pesticides that he sprayed in his garden" (Which sounds funny, doesn’t sound believable) and during the autopsy, they found coke in his body and then it ended up being leaked into the news, And the band seems to deny that drugs were involved, And Steve Lukather (the guitarist in Toto) was like 'They found 1 100th of a Microgram of Coke in Jeff's blood, that's like two crystals on a matchstick, that ain't going to give someone a heart attack, believe me, the rest of us were doing 100 times more than that, but we lived to tell the tale.' Luke claims that he died of a undiagnosed heart condition, and Jeff having two uncles that died of that in their 40s of that. and he mention about Jeff being a smoker, But none of that was found in his body. And remember, most rock stars lived the Rock & Roll life, Partying, Drugs etc. and Toto have lived the lifestyle of drugs in their heyday (and that led their singers Bobby Kimball and Joseph Williams being fired out of the band because they lost their voices due to drugs, and I was reading an old interview of Joe Williams doing drugs with their keyboard player David Paich in the 80s) but they seem to deny that drugs were involve with Jeff's death. I remember a year ago this time, I asked that "Hardcore Rock Fan" that I keep referring to you on here his opinion on Jeff's death and his words "I have heard that story and also that he really died of a drug overdose but I have no idea what the truth is" and I explain the words that you see above, he goes on saying "I suppose the pesticide story could be true but I have never heard of anyone who had a heart attack directly from pesticide spraying" I read him wrong and agreed (I thought he was denying the pesticide story) And I Was like "I'm not on that pesticide story, It sounds funny, They didn't find that in his body" and he was like "Well, it sounds better than saying he died from a drug overdose' and I was like "But still, I don't buy it. I mentioned that story to my mother and she didn't buy the 'pesticide story' either." and he says "It does seem unlikely" and I explained how most lived that lifestyle (partying drugs) and he says “Sadly they do” and I explained the Luke story about him denying Jeff’s death of a Heart Attack caused by drugs and the rock fan goes “I guess we'll never know what actually happened to him. Great musician though” Really? (Doesn’t sound like he’s using his brain, remember the Styx story I told you where he was like “Since I don't know any of these people personally, I think it's hard to know who's telling the truth and what's the real story. To me it's a "he said, she said" thing where's there's probably some elements of truth in what they all say. In the end, I don't really care since it's the music I focus on.” And I found out days after (coincidently) there is more to that story, how Dennis created “Babe” without Tommy and J.Y. being there and when they came back, they loved the track or Tommy and J.Y. Contradicting their words about Dennis and they’re doing all of the things they got mad at Dennis doing to the band And Dennis sounding positive about those two in his interviews and has nothing bad to say about them, while Tommy and J.Y. never say anything nice about him, they always negative, but I’m not talking about Styx, I’m talking about Jeff, just throwing out his casual thoughts)
And getting back to Jeff, I started talking about his talent, getting started at 16 playing on the road with Sonny & Cher, Then I talked about how when Taylor Hawkins died, they didn't say what he died of but they found drugs in his body and he did admit in interviews that he abused drugs and He had a wife and kids And Ted Nugent was like 'If this guy had a family and kids, why they couldn't help him with his problem?' And some comment on a Jeff Porcarro death video on youtube was defending Jeff's death and saying the news articles are attacking him, and the commentator mention about him having a family, and he started defending Taylor Hawkins in the same comment, the rock fan goes “I watched part of his tribute show on tv. Sad to leave behind a family if he was using drugs” and I found the comment and I showed it to him “Yesterday, we lost another great drummer, Taylor Hawkins, who was also, like Jeff, a devout family man who was not into the hellywood drug abuse scene, and like what fakestream media did to Jeff Porcoro back in the early 1990's, they are now doing it to Taylor Hawkins' and the Rock fan wrote “Well, anyone can post anything, true or not, online nowadays” and I explained how “You have to find a reliable news source to make sure is true. But the Taylor Hawkins thing could be true since they found drugs in his body and he did admit he had that problem in interviews, And he even overdosed in the early 2000s and survived it” And I talked about Eric Clapton getting vaccinated twice (and at this time, this was before I knew he disliked Clapton and tons of blues based musicians like the Stones, Zeppelin, The Who etc. So this time I wasn’t aware) and Clapton’s hands started shaking and he thought he couldn't play guitar anymore, then he miraculously recovered, and after doing his research on these things. He started being himself and then the news articles started attacking and making stuff up about him, and they don't mention the fact he got vaccinated, they act he's anti-vax, the Rock fan writes “It's so hard to know what's true anymore. People make up stuff so much now for whatever reasons they have” (He sounds like “Golly Gee, I don’t know who’s telling the truth” really man?) and I explained “Well Eric is true, he admitted this stuff it's not made up” and I talked about how “the reason I like about him is that he doesn't care if he loses his career or if news articles will attack him. they were a few celebrities that I can mention that got mad at issues, but then 'falsely apology so they won't lose his career” and I gave some examples, he agreed! And I talked about this studio drummer (Larrie Londin) how he turned down to write a book about Elvis because “they didn’t want the good stuff, they wanted the bad stuff he’s done, and he backed out of it, he agreed saying “He's very right. They just want dirt” I talked about how Bobby Whitlock from Derek and the Dominoes was defending Eric in a video on Youtube, and he talked about a reporter who wanted to get that information and his opinion on that? And he ignored him and told him about the good things Eric has done. And I explained how I “Don’t read the mainstream news anymore, it’s all “Fake News' Gossip, Celebrities and Political Stuff.” And later I continued “You have to do your research to find a reliable source and then make your own decision, rather than looking what the mainstream news tells you” and I explain how news articles don’t mention that Clapton got vaccinated or the musicians that are playing with him. They're just attacking him, he says “It makes for news I guess. People love to read or hear dirt on people”
Now let’s fast forward to when Jim Gordon passed, I told him about him and he already knew who he was and I explained about Gordon ripping off his girlfriend with “Layla” he was like “I wasn’t aware of that, never liked that song” and then that’s when I found out he disliked Clapton, and when I asked again a month later, I said “Is it because of what happened 2 years ago” he responds “I don't know what happened to him recently offhand but I have never liked his music since I was a kid” (he’s sometimes a forgetful person, I remember passing him the Mary MacGregor song you gave me awhile ago cause I told him I was looking for it, he heard the song and liked it cause “It’s smooth” and then fast forward a year later, he asks “did we get that song we’ve been looking for” and I was like “Yeah, we did, I gave you the track and you listened to it” and he was like “I Couldn’t remember”) So sorry about this question being long winded, it was more about Jeff’s death and I want to hear your opinion on that and your thoughts on this “Hardcore Rock Fan’s Opinions” because he seems casual and remember, some things I agree with him at (Like putting drag queens, trans into kids shows etc) others things I don’t (Like he seems to believe in the Covid rules, another example is he wrote to me 2 years ago saying with Covid “Sadly, here most people ignore stuff and do what they want anyway making it unsafe for the rest of us” and by the way, he’s from California) and like I said a bunch of times, doesn’t like it when his favorite rock bands do Soft Mellow/Ballads because “Not enough guitar, doesn’t sound like them, it’s wimpy” But other songs (Like “Black Water” Doobies or “I Was Made for Lovin’ You, Kiss, Donny Osmond’s comeback album Solider of Love) he’s like “That didn’t sound like them, but I liked it” while others, he doesn’t (even Michael McDonald's Doobies he's not a fan of, he says "I prefer the Tom Johnston era because they rocked out more. McDonald made them a lot softer and ballady but also super successful") so what is your thoughts on that and Jeff’s death?
He most likely died from Omega 6 seed oils that stay in your body 7 years. Why do people always demonize a 'rock 'n' roll' lifestyle saying it's the drugs that did it? I think nowadays with the info we have (that goes against our trendy corporate food that peep's are hooked on--ever notice bread with all that sugar hooks ya making you want more and more like the cereals? they put that high fucktose corn syrup (as my dead father used to call it) in their for that purpose!). Drug O.D. is self evident and easy death to diagnose. SHould be no issues. I don't believe a couple nuggets of coke will kill a man but use it more than a few times and it will permanently change your brain. Alcohol use will shrink the brain but hey Lemme from Motorhead used to have a bottle of Jack Daniels every day. Fatty liver is more common from food. I could get more detailed but I have a trusted health source in Dr. Mercola whom I have followed since he started in 1997 when my dad sent me his email once. I always try to incorporate knowledge from a trusted source as soon as I can but when I started reading a book or two, Dr. Mercola did too and found out his fat for fuel with fasting was not a good solution and quickly changed his tune in a respectable fashion. We have to adapt as humans and suck up every clue we can get for answers. I just saw a nice and long facebook reel of Jimi Hendrix talking nice and relaxed after his opus and a fave of mine Electric Ladyland showing how cool and smart he was and when asked near the end what was next he basically mimicked a graffiti we have in downtown Sarasota that says 'give answers' and he says that is exactly what he was working on to express in his music...answers. Love that man. So back then we was saying be open minded and give answers when you can...pay it forward and that is how I try to live me life by spreading the knowledge to help others. Our evolution and his-story has been hijacked by controllers who have no heart or kindness.
Did you know the pfizer mRNA covid-19 shots instruct cells to produce additional 'off target' proteins that could pose significant health risks in 25-335 who got the jjab and could potentially lead to health problems including autoimmune conditions or endocrine disruption...did your buddy know about this when he thought we were all being stupid not getting the jjab? Pfizer's Pfrankenstein proteins should have been detected and reduced or eliminated long before the gave all those shots to millions but they didn't care. These loud mouths who tout the mainstream narrative deserve every last thing they get. I learned long ago when I was suggesting green tea to people not to anymore because the mass produced stuff that is non-organic they water with fluoridated water and that makes people stupid and lowers test scores. So I don't do that unless I provide complete answers and most causes are hidden so why be a loudmouth? Have you seen the Brazil workers who have to spray pesticide on fields for a living...those people are all cancerous and deformed. That is what that will do...but mainstream can't say he died from eating conventional food with high Omega 6 linoleic acid that stays for 7 years. I limit my processed meat way down as I used to have the sandwiches for lunch all the time since I only have organic at home so now at lunch I have organic soups and bars and chips with two fruits. I ride 6.7 miles on a pedal bike to work everyday and can't afford a 'wide body awake' (per the band name lol) health scare out of the blue.. I'm 55. I reject the collusion of the WEF and the group of 500 companies who think this type of death economy is best for us. I think we have bio-dynamic farms that will save us as the only way to recover from the dead soil but now Walmart and other fake trendies are buying land saying they are doing it right with regen.. I don't think so. It's a warzone out there and the duped need to get serious. But mercola is shuttdown by the gov be we have connected enough people that it will grow as our economy is worth over 10 trillion and will solve our issues but the dupped keep it up and die off.
Viacom, I’m going to go into some interesting stuff (And please read it, this is related to what you are telling me about, it’ll be a few parts) I also notice in 2020 when Covid Exploded and People Died from it, they use to say “complications of Covid” but in 2021, when the Vaccines came, And people started dropping dead, they stop telling you what people die of, as if the vaccines are doing it and they’re trying to keep it a secret so they can make more money, and you notice a lot of people (in recent times) are dropping dead and all they say is “Undisclosed” or ‘Unknown” or “Natural Causes” that’s it! That’s why we call it “Nothing to See Here” And when people try to spill the beans on Youtube about these things, they try to hide it, censor them, banned them, so nobody will know the truth (On the Real Music Observer Channel, He uses clever words so they won’t know what he’s talking about) Now with your food analysis (This will get interesting) As a kid growing up, I loved McDonald’s, I Snacked A Lot (Oreo Cookies, Pretzels, etc.) And growing up (in recent times) use to eat cereal every morning and when I use to exercise, I notice my energy will be low and I was confuse why cause I thought “Cereal will give you energy” and every night, I will snack on Apples/Carrots, now through my dad (who’s a Diabetic) He discovered this thing called Keto (And Keto doctors on Youtube like Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Boz etc.) And we learn that “eating apples is like having candy” “Eating Cereal Is Like Having a Jelly Donut Every Morning” or Balanced Diets are not good (example: instead of eating all of this amount of Pasta, have a little bit instead) and how these Pharma's made up these rules so they can make more money, or weight loss products (Like Weight-Watchers, 1-800 Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem etc.) Are Just Gimmicks where it’s all balanced diets where you eat all of this stuff and you lose all of this weight and look good/healthy, but you’re starving yourself and you end up cancelling your subscription and you go back eating your old meals and you regain your weight (And that happened to my father, when he first found out he was diabetic, his doctor told him to eat balanced foods, and he did and he lost all of this weight and looked good. Then a year later, he went back to his old meals and regain the weight, now thanks to Keto, which he’s been on six years, his body is now stable) And I learned that Wheat/Flour/Sugar Is bad for your body because wheat doesn’t digest your food (that’s why we get bloated) Flour is made out of Wheat and Sugar is like a drug, you addicted, you get hyper, you have all of this energy and then you lose it quickly and get tired, And The reason why they say cereal, fruit (like apples, oranges) are healthy because it’s “Natural Sugar” but…it’s High in Carbs, and just like added sugar, you get all of this energy and you lose it quickly, You’re only suppose to eat stuff that’s Low in Carbs (Like Blueberries or Strawberries, that’s good for you and I do eat that) Because the energy stays in your body.
And I also learned about this term called Sugar Addiction (Similar to Drug Addiction/Alcoholism) And the reason why I love McDonald’s is they’re trying to “Make Me Addicted so they can make more money” and I’ve notice when I wasn’t Keto, I use to like certain things on the homemade burgers that my father use to make, and then later, I started disliking that stuff and asked my father to stop putting it on. and now since I’m keto, I now like that stuff (the healthy stuff, and that’s because that’s addiction doing that stuff to my body, that’s why we like/dislike food) And also (like you said) Vegetable Oil is bad and there's no real vegetables in Vegetable Oil's (As Dr. Ken Berry said "Throw It Out, Don't Give It to Your Neighbor") the stuff that’s good for your body is Fat/Salt and Grease (And there’s myths that this stuff is bad for you that was caused by Greedy Pharma's that told the government to put this in that ‘it’s bad for you’ so they can make more money when it’s not) Fat is good because “Our Brains Are Made Out of Fat” and It Gives Us “Energy that last” Salt is going because “Our Bodies Is Made Out of Salt” and Grease is good for the same reason as Fat/Salt, gives us energy. These days, I eat Omelets, Gooey Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, Homemade Keto Version of Ketchup (Without the Junk they put in Heinz) Keto Homemade Chicken and Plain Meat Patties, I’ve been on this way of eating for 5 years and no regrets (the coolest part is it takes away your cravens and you don’t crave your old meals and when you eat this way, it digests all of your food and you don’t feel stuff/full, you’re satisfied) And also, it helps you live longer as well and you can maintain that energy (even when you are 60/70/80 or whatever)
Now I should mention when the “Hardcore Rock Fan dislikes certain music” he gives me this preachy analysis (as I like to call it) saying “Music is like food, art, etc - it's subjective. What one likes, another doesn't No one is wrong, it's just personal preference. That's what makes us all interesting.” (And I’m not sure about comparing it to food because as I said, I learned why we dislike food is sugar addiction, and with Art, back in old sitcoms/cartoons, they use to make fun of people liking “bad art” while later on, they started supporting it. And with music, I’ll just say this, My father saw a video of Nirvana on MTV Unplugged on Instagram and Was like “How could people like this music?” and was talking about how on 60s shows, when they use to make fun of Beatnik Music, people would get into it and it’s a hit everywhere, and the parents are like “Why do you like this music?”) If you’re not aware? Peter Cetera quietly retired in 2018 and here are 3 reasons, 1: if you look at him before his retirement, he still sounds amazing at 70 years old! but is lowering the keys of the songs (The Hardcore Rock fan was like “I've read a lot of singers have to lower the key some due to losing their ability to sing the higher notes” that’s not why Cetera is doing that, I learned that he’s just doing that cause of his own choice, not losing his voice because I heard as well when Chicago was inducted to the R&R Hall of Fame and he was suppose to show up, He wanted to lower the key in '25 or 6 to 4' and some nameless member from Chicago was like 'Take a Chill Pill' and he didn't show up with his band after that, which got fans mad) So the last time he toured was Thanksgiving 2018, and he was touring around Las Vegas (I Believe) so he'll wake up in the morning, go on a plane, rehearse his hits and sing the songs live, and he'll keep doing that, till the last time he did that, he burnt himself out (And imagine that! Waking up early, going on planes, rehearsing the same songs over and over, etc. that’s exhausting) But the hardcore rock fan’s answer was “The older you get, the harder it is, I know all about that, It's no fun getting older and having ordinary things now be harder to do.” Yeah but if you take care of yourself, you can still do those things, what are you talking about?) And #3, Cetera saw these 'then and now' videos were singers sounded great in their heyday, while now they don't and he doesn't want to be remembered that way (and he even imitated an old singer in his interview, where he rusted out, ha ha) Cetera wants to be remembered for sounding like 'Peter Cetera' that's why he quietly retired in 2018, and again, the Hardcore Rock fan’s answer “Good to go out while you're still at the top of your game” Nah, I’m on Peter’s side, even my father listen to his last interview and agreed on Cetera’s retirement.
And I think I should go back to the Vaccines quickly (It’ll probably be the last) Back when they came out, my family (except my brother and I) were getting “vaccinated” (I believe three times) and I notice that they were getting tired at night and going to bed early and thank god nothing happened to them and nowadays, my father has “snapped out of it” and he gets mad at these vaccine commercials, people mentioning it and getting tons of it in their bodies etc. he calls all of that “fear” (But is not aware of it causing deaths) So back 2 years ago (Before I knew the hardcore rock fan disliked Clapton and Like I said, I think he forgotten me mentioning this to him) I was mentioning to the fan about Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills & Nash, all took their music down off spotify cause of Joe Rogan's "Misinformation of the Covid-19 Vaccines" And it makes these musicians jokes because they were hippies back in the 60s that were against censorship and he mentions “Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills & Nash, all took their music down off spotify cause of Joe Rogan's "Misinformation of the Covid-19 Vaccines" And it makes these musicians jokes because they were hippies back in the 60s that were against censorship, and the rock fan mentions “Yeah, they do seem kinda hypocritical. It's the world we live in today” But not everybody acts like that, that’s some people (as the media is censoring the people that disagree) and I remember going off telling him (and here I actually agree with him) this Youtube page Rock History Music, how he says “I’m not political” but gets political with covid as if it’s “Something we need to talk about” and I was talking about how this Youtuber says “I Don’t care about your politics, I’m all about the music” and that Youtuber is getting mad at Eric Clapton being “Anti-Vaxxed” and doesn’t want Clapton on his channel cause “He lost it” The hardcore fan was calling that youtuber “hypocritical” and I also said that Youtuber says “before he does his radio show (as he’s a deejay for corporate radio) he looks at yahoo news so he can check what’s going on” and I was like to the hardcore fan “No wonder why he’s acting like that? He’s brainwashed by the news, I don’t read the news anymore” and the fan agreed and said “So much of news today is biased and often inaccurate. It's clickbait to get you to look” And when I mentioned about the liberals I prefer (1960s cause they’re calm while now are extreme) he’s like “I wish people would keep politics out of music. It's so divisive.” And this where it changes
I also mention to the hardcore fan about how Rock History Music doesn’t like the Real Music Observer channel because “He’s a conspiracy theorist, "He makes s---t up to get hits.” When he doesn't and actually does his research by looking at underground articles and their sources, and bands/singers post on Facebook/Twitter etc. and the hardcore rock fan says “Some people do make outrageous lies up to get hits and attention though “ And I was like “But not the observer (which I kept nameless at the time) and he defends himself on his videos” and I explained he had tons of guys on his channel and defended Brian Howe from Bad Company when they don’t get him credit and Howe’s family thanked him for it, and the Rock fan remembers me mentioning that a month prior and he talked about meeting Brian Howe years back. Anyways, the Rock History Music goes on saying about the Music Observer “He is such a coward blocking his comments, I don’t block my comments, I delete them” And Gave Andy Scott from Sweet as an example, how people complain about his hair and he deletes the comments, but the reason why the Real Music Observer has his comments blocked is because he was getting death threats and they were like 'I know where you live, I know where your wife is" And he called the police on that. He has another channel unrelated to music and the comments are not blocked there and the rock fan “Yes he is. Didn't do his research” And I mention how Rock History Music had Mark Andes from Spirit/Jo Jo Gunne/Firefall and Heart on his channel, and On a live video. Rock History was talking about that interview with Mark and he started mentioning "People were writing to me about that video saying ‘why he looks old’ and I'm like 'So are you' I deleted those comments" the rock fan mentions “Some poeple just shouldn't post comments. Everyone gets old and doesn't look like they did 40 years ago. Be nice” and I said to him “I wouldn't post those comments, But I would keep them. The only Comments I Deleted is spam and weird comments” So a week later, I mention this stuff again (as I never finished it because he left to watch the NFL Game) and I was mentioning how Rock History Music was like "I'm friends with this musician, and he's very high on conspiracies, I told him one day 'Stop acting like that or I won't be friends with you" And I explained how conspiracies are just people's opinions on things, He acts like their crazy people” and the Rock fan is like “Golly Gee, I don't know. Some people will believe pretty crazy stuff’ And I was like “yes their are conspiracy people that believe crazy things (Like Aliens, Paranormal, Ghosts etc) And I agree with that, But there's others with just opinions on certain issues, that's it. He doesn't get mad at the crazy people, he gets mad at the people with opinions” and the rock fan says “Everyone is entitled to an opinion and should be respected for that” I agreed, but he starts saying things like “But some people believe ridiculous things about aliens, Covid, jet contrails, etc Some believe the earth is flat and that we've never been to the moon or outer space. hard to deal with people who believe that’ And I agreed with him on the other issues, but kept my mouth shut about Covid cause like we talked about earlier, sounds like he believes in all of that stuff, I did say “With aliens and the earth is flat, those are real crazy people. But with people with opinions on the music industry or others, that's just opinions, doesn't mean their right. Even the nameless guy (real music observer, as I kept him nameless at the time) admits that 'You don't have to agree with me on this' or 'I hope I'm wrong' and the rock fan went “I agree. Some things you can prove; other things are just opinions and you have the right to that”
(Last Post) And the rock fan went “I agree. Some things you can prove; other things are just opinions and you have the right to that” and I mentioned how the Music Observer (Like Jim Peterik, Some Chicago Members, Neal Schon from Journey whom use to hate him in the past, now he and him are buds) Like what the music observer does, and another Youtuber (Dave Sundstorm) who talks about classic TV likes the music observer and mentioned him one of his videos, And I said to the rock fan it’s funny that Rock History Music Youtube page hates him, and he's also sensitive too like "Don't mention his name on here" Or "If you keep sending me videos of him, I'll block you" and I was like “He should say this instead, Hey guys, Look, I'm not into this guy on Youtube, so don't go sending me his videos" and the rock fan agreed! And I told him That Rock History Music was like “I was watching a documentary on 'How to talk to conspiracy theorist" haha and hardcore fan laughed and was like “Haha, that would be next to impossible” and the last thing is, about a year ago, I asked him about when he was young, did he ever invited friends over to look at his album collection and he mentioned he use to have regular game night and put on a record and played some board games, he doesn't do it anymore cause of "Covid" and misses doing that, And I told him "Covid Is over things are normal again, you can do those things if you want? it's your choice." and his answer "To me it's not over. I have friends still getting sick from it and some even getting long covid. They lost their taste and smell. Since we're older I don't want to take a chance. Had it once and it was real baad for me - sick for 3 months." Yeah, My father is going shopping a lot and he's older than this guy and he doesn't care if he catches Covid, and we had tons of people over at our house adding an air condition, getting us a new fridge/oven etc, we’re not complaining, And I told my father about that guy's covid thoughts months later and he was like “I Find people younger than me acting like this” (By the way, the hardcore rock fan is around your age Viacom, late 60s he’s born) And that’s about it, you see? if you read that stuff I wrote about him, sometimes he’s on your side on certain topics, and other times he’s not, it’s interesting, he’s high and low with himself, huh? Anyways, Have a Great Day and Thank you for reading this and if you want? You can write your thoughts on this and Look up the Keto Diet and the Doctors I’ve Mentioned (No pressure, do whatever you want) It’s Quite Interesting, Cheers and Have a Great Day!!!

I don't think you really read my comments as they were good ones. I told you already Keto is out as fat burning produces way less ATP energy than glucose burning. You need to keep your meals below 30% fat for this reason. Alcohol shrinks the brain. Is is worth it? Covid is not over. Do you have a nebulizer per my post? Must be a plug-in type. I use at first signs of a cold or take Vitamin C 1000 mg every hour to flush it out. I haven't had a cold in over 10 years but it gave me immunity for Covid as that lasts 17 years at least. Point one finger and call someone a crazy person and you'll notice on your same hand three fingers pointing back saying yes, you are the crazy person. Same thing with shallow opinions it's basically people confessing out loud their OWN problems. This I know as fact as I did the same.
