DALE MENTEN - I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE A MOVIE LP 74 w 7

 Finally got to working on this excellent submission by reliable E.W. cutting out some pops and WOW was I floored as it was barking up MY tree!  Last song is about my home town Edina and second property neighborhood by the Mall of America in Bloomington called 'Downtown Bloomington' back when they didn't really have one.  This was a single tacked onto the end of the album with other songs not shown on Discogs so I ordered what I could which is the first 7 inch that is on the way!  He founded Cookhouse Studio in MN back in 1972 and our meta group for MN music history I don't think has ever done a story on this one!  I also nominate him for top 70's soft rock vocal style that all tried to sound like--very typical sounding but really nails it!     Yeah, does an add for legendary SOUND 80 studio!
