VA - ONE FINE DAY music from CD 96

 

I actually saw this at a SoHo NYC theater on double bill with 'Jingle All The Way' after coincidentally spending 'one fine day' during a work trip in Manhattan (my one and only time there) walking from the Stature of Liberty port--line was too long--up through the Village where I ran into a friend from high school with flowers in his hand going to a dinner with friends and back up to my Queens hotel for early morning technical sales trips on Long Island.  I had wanted to see the other movie because it was filmed in my neighborhood in Minneapolis with one scene down the alley from my city lakes apartment where I watched them film Phil Hartman on a pay phone out on the sidewalk!!  So was nice to find with all the others at Goodwill.  This one has:  Natalie Merchant, The Ad Libs, Kenny Loggins, The Shirelles, Shawn Colvin, Tina Arena (love the name!!), Van Morrison, Keb'Mo', Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Harry Connick, Jr. (see his other sndtrk above), The Chiftons and James Newton Howard.
