REPOST Request: Here is what I wrote before: Probably the closest a U.S. band has come to sounding like the Damned. Our family had about half of those squirt guns too. Another stellar release from the old Best Buy stores vinyl bins. I had a cousin who worked for Musicland/Best Buy so I would know when they had their warehouse sales! Not to be confused with Single Gun Theory. New Wave precursor.

Oh man, I LOVED this band back in the day. "Keep It Tight" used to be all over the radio stations around where I grew up in Virginia (well, they WERE a Virginia band, from Richmond!). It's still one of those songs that, to me, really represents the new wave sound of the early-mid 80s.

Im from Richmond Va and used to see SBT all the time back in the 80s! What a great band to call a Hometown Favorite!
