I got this cd when it came out, and it is AWESOME! Living Colour's cover of "Crosstown Traffic" is a must-hear, the Cure do an AMAZING version of "Purple Haze," and Eric Clapton covering "Stone Free" (produced by Nile Rodgers!) is one of the best things he's ever done. If you love Hendrix's music and want to hear it covered well by good bands, you should have this album!
