ROY HARPER - When An Old Cricketer Leaves The Crease LP 75

I don't know much about him but I think he was connected to the many rock stars in England at the time and this is a real quality album.

You probably know at least some of this stuff, but some might not.

February 14, 1974 he played at the Rainbow Theatre in London. His backup band was Jimmy Page and John Bonham on guitars (yes, John on guitar), Ronnie Lane on bass and Keith Moon on drums.
Roy Harper Jam - Valentine's Day Concert. Robert Plant introduced him.

He is the voice on Pink Floyd's Have A Cigar. Takes with singers in the band were not good enough, and he happened to be in the studio one day.

Jimmy Page played on many Roy LPs, including this one.

Hats Off To Harper from LZ III is for Roy.
