Hype - Burned CD w Life Is Hard... Then You Die CD 84

REPOST Request:  A great hardcore band fairly well know in Toronto who were dabbling in the studio a few years ago but that may have just been for the bass player Gerry's kid in his early twenties who plays a mean guitar per the comment.  Great to see a punk legacy continue!!

Thanks for these 2 HYPE albums.I only seen them once,in feb or March 1987 at Ildiko's in Toronto, playing with D.O.G., MS.I., Sons of Ishmael, it was a benefit after the HYPE house burned down.
great fast zippy hc, like sudden impact's first lp.

FYI...We're still alive and playing but just in the studio setting as of now....god, i havent played in front of an audience in over 20 years. We've all maintained our taste for punk...new and old! Its great to see our stuff on the net. The legacy lives on in our kids too, my 18 yr old son is as "punk" as we were at his age...and plays a mean guitar too!

Hi to everyone, I've been looking for these way too long. I'm from Portugal and my older brother had a great collection of punk and hardcore, so Hype was also part of my education. Thank you!
