Yes, as the cover states number one song in Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela and Chile!  I remember crying in my room growing up and this song playing over and over again in my head, ha ha!  Kind of cheered me up eventually.  For international hits, I would put it up there with 'Music Box Dancer' another old favorite from my pre-teen years.
