RUSH - Permanent Waves LP 79
I had this poor lonely vinyl with no cover or sleeves from the dollar sale tucked away into some other album. I used to have this one as a cassette growing up along with 'Moving Pictures' on vinyl but hadn't heard either for over 25 years!!! Well this was in good shape and an Eye opener for sure! Thanks to Discogs for always having cover shots like on all above as well.

Thanks a lot for new batch of gems in vinyls and cassettes way.And specially for this one.I know this band since 1988 (or so) I remember to buy cheaper the album called "Grace under pressure" (1983--> I still keep it)by then , when I didn't know this underrated Canadian band (formers of a "heavy-fiction style").I simply bought that album because liked the cover and it was a fantastic discovering to me , later , I bought several vinyls and cds during these last twenty years (top albums for me were:Presto(89), Roll the bones (90) and Counterparts (92 or so) without forgetting some 70's albums like "Hemispheres" and "A farewellto kings" , Well, have a nice weekend :)
Thanks old friend you remind me that I did see RUSH perform these songs live on Roll The Bones tour!! My little brother the bass player follows Geddy Lee and would let me borrow the 2112 double live vinyl so yeah I even got some of your reommended during early blogging days in the Oughts
