The Toll were one of the many "would-a could-a should-a" hard rock bands in this time frame that somehow evaded the big time, see Big F, Kerbdog, Wildhearts, Last Crack, Love/Hate etc... Check out their Jonathan Toledo video for a sample of their powers. Thank you very much for the re-upload.
