The Knack - Get The Knack LP 79 w But The Little Girls Understand LP 80 w Round Trip LP 81 w Serious Fun LP 91

Yes, in the old days Jello Biafra singled out their big hit as something to counter.  Per Discogs:  Los Angeles-based Power Pop rock quartet formed in 1978. In 1979, the band had its first hit with "My Sharona," which was followed by "Good Girls Don't." Although The Knack initially broke up in 1982, the band members remained on good terms and reunited (and broke up) several more times. The original band members were Doug Fieger (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Berton Averre (lead guitar, backing vocals, keyboards), Prescott Niles (bass), and Bruce Gary (drums).

Thank you very much for all these Knack's vinyls and new re-ups too. I wish you a very happy weekend, dear mate.

Biafra can go fuck himself. The Knack were great! "My Sharona" is a classic radio hit and still a fantastic song. I think JB was just jealous and pissed off that none of his songs ever achieved the fame that "My Sharona" did.

Sometimes in Australia we never heard of the 2nd or 3rd album by an artist, so we never got to hear any development of talent of an artist. But this band? Erk!!
