LEE ANDREWS AND THE HEARTS - Gotham Recording Sessions LP
Another rare one but 50's soul this time who I got on the same EBAY auction with the Edward's Generation 70's soul platter from a few weeks ago over 20 years ago when I was going there more.
Outstanding example as I love those tricky vocals or just vocals of any kind.

Such a fine harmony group; Lee Andrews must have studied Nat Cole pretty closely. Did you know that Andrews is the father of Questlove, the drummer/leader of the Roots?
Hi Freddie Jaye,
WOW no I didn't know that!! I love the ROOTS since early on at my college station RADIO K where they have faithfully kept a weekly TOP 7 from the late 90s an on through the 00's when I was listening and buying any cools stuff they played and also when I bought "Phrenology" CD that rocks at hard as any punk rock in my book!!! I see their latest or last (hope not) is called Undun which is a Guess Who song who I have been collecting as a local AOR favorite.
Thanks Again for the comment,
Vidacom
This week my needle is shot and some release sound kind of distorted. I will keep the best like this one and redo later.
