Pizza night!
Who doesn't love the stuff?
Tonight we have
1)Ham & Pineapple
2)Mushrooms & Peppers
3)Cheese (kids have no imagination lol)
.
We have pretty good pizza here, the best (in my eyes) is in New York.
The worst pizza i ever had?Bimini,Bahamas.
Those folks in the islands make the most horrible pizza...
.
Where do you think the best & worst pizza comes from?

The best pizza I've ever had was while living in NYC. Not all pizza in NYC is great, however, but the percentage of good vs bad is better than most places.

The worst I've ever had comes from Anchovi's Pizza in Villa Rica, GA, just down the road from my house. Disgusting shit. They didn't even use real mozzarella.

Pizza is one of the things I miss most from up north. The pizza here in Florida sucks! In my 4+ years here I've found 2 places that I really like...and both are run by New York transplants.

Napoli, Italia! I always wondered how the US make Pizza. Very thick, too much cheese... and meatballs. Even Mozarella in the rim! All this is not the original style and may be considered blasphemy by purists. Must admit that I had a great one in NYC though.

Well, my wife and I always ate at Delizia on 74th and 1st (Upper East Side), as it was around the corner from our apartment. Italian-owned and operated for about 30 years or so. Diner-style in front for slices and such, fine dining room in the back.

The best Pizza I ever had was in Italy in a small place which I cannot spell (something like Fippitino)

The worst Pizza's are from the UK. The base is usually soggy or rock hard, theres too much tomato shite on them and the rest of the topping slips off because of that. If you order a home delivery, they arrive cold and are often not the ones you ordered in the first place.

Oh, Mark, I'm just kidding. You're high on my list of personal heroes.

Since I don't know anything about the Croatian and Eastern Latvian punk LPs you post I have to respond to something!

The worst pizza ever is in the Mid-West U.S. Don't get me wrong...being between NY & Chicago, there is a good mix of both of those styles...and there are even some local Cleveland pizza shops that serve regional flavors-Peirogie Pizza!!

But all through out Pa and Oh there are these watered down generic pizza joints...the fucked up thing is that they are owned by Italians!! But in Pa, Italians are real angelicized, and make these horrid, bland cardboard pizzas akin to school pizz-gross!

If you ever happen to be in Cleveland Oh...go to Lakewood to Angelo's Pizza. That place is rad!
