They washed the checks and attempted to cash a bogus $900 check of mine.
My bank called me yesterday and notified me,I told them to call the cops.
The police caught them both!
An hour later I got a call from a police detective letting me know of their capture and asking if I want to press charges to convict these pieces of shit.
I am (of coarse) prosecuting them.

I am the victim here but have all the work to do,change account numbers,fix unpaid bills,court & lots of chatting with police.nice...
I hope they get the max sentance along with alot of tossing the salad.

Amazing that the cops caught them! I have never had any luck from the police whenever I needed them.
I know,I was shocked.
The hairless one was the one who tried to cash the check.I guess he was stupid enough to hang around waiting at the bank.
I think the other one was his driver...I think he tried to run because he has a 2nd offense of "Resist Officer - Obstruct w/o Violence".

Not to sound callous, but at least in Texas if we catch someone in the act we can shoot them and save everyone a lot of time and trouble. My wife had her car broken into twice in a month. The cops said that they would probably never catch guy but if we happen to catch just shoot him and then when he is dead call them. Best of luck fixing their mess.

Sorry to hear Mark, same thing happened to me with some stolen checks and the "friend" of mine who slept on the couch that night after a movie (big mistake) took 3 checks of mine and got badly busted when the cops called me from the bank where he tried to cash a $600 check of mine...HA! Idget, I pressed charges as klepto's don't know how sick they are unless you give a little feedback. I had met him at the homeless shelter..a black man from Philly and Liberia. My new rule is to cut off ANYONE where I sense or hear some false inneundo about me...then they are no longer a reliable witness..of course give all the benefit of the doubt but hold ALL accountable for their actions.

I've never said fuck the law & all that...Actually as I've said before in other comments,I have a few police friends & my wife's uncle is a captain in the WPB police.

Damn--sorry to hear that. A few years ago, I had a break-in and had a bunch of DVDs stolen. The retarded meth-heads apparently committed the crime on BICYCLE, and even stole my trashcan to carry them in! I ended up doing pretty much my own detective work, or else they may have never been caught. They sold the stuff to a friend of mine who has a shop down the street. Luckily, I had my name on some of them, and he pulled them off the shelf and notified me. They weren't even convicted for burglary. I think the charge was actually being in possession of stolen property, when THEY stole it! He got 5 years because his wife (also his accomplice) turned him in. The scary thing is that they have kids too. If they are not taught otherwise, they will grow up thinking it is ok. Hopefully, someone has a positive influence on them. Recently, I had a push mower chained to my porch with a big lock. Someone cut the damn chain and stole it while I was gone! The creepy thing about this is that someone was watching and knew I wasn't there. Otherwise, I would have had them dancing and dodging bullets in my front yard. I keep plenty of ammo on hand, and keep the guns loaded and hidden where only I can find them--and always within reach wherever I am in my house. It's really sad that things have to be that way, but you have to assume that anyone breaking into your house is armed and react accordingly.
It's interesting that no one has commented on the fact that you are openly calling people niggers. It sucks that you got ripped off but race has nothing to do with it. I'm sure you are a student of science and sociology so perhaps you could explain to me exactly what the difference is between "black folk" and "niggers". How does someone go from one to the other? Um, if they stole the checks out of your mailbox, That should be considered a Federal Offense. Mailboxes are Federal property, and mail carriers are Federal Employees.
If you see em, take to the everglades, give em some skiis and teach em some trolling.
