Here's what I did Saturday night.Great fun was had :)The first pic is of one of the Rodeo sweethearts,next is a Bullride,then the next 2 are of this crazy guy that rode a Brahma Bull) like a horse...saddle & all.He made the beast climb up a big ramp on top of that giant vehicle.The little ones near him...his kids.Very cool.
Next is 2 more of a Bullride (I got a bit closer,check out the guy in mid-fall).Next another sweetheart then a look down the arena.Last but not least...Me & my wonderful wife then my daughter on a pony ride (nice pink boots & hat huh?).Life is good.

Last night I attended a lovely wine tasting and then sat on the floor for a new work of performance art where a naked Native American attached a hose from his ass to a breathing mask on his face, and then he farted himself to death. I think the work was called "Capitalism Chamber". A lovely night all around.

Man those pics are great man! Most of the rodeos(if not all) are the Mexican kind. Which is cool, but i like the good ol' boys version of the rodeo too. What a great time you must've had! That dude on the Brahma is nuts hahaha, That kinda stuff just aint supposed to happen! Those pics are kinda ghostly lookin', guess its the lightin' or something. Ilke em they have a warm feel to them, if i do say so...thanks for sharing. I'm gonna see if I can borrow a digital camera from my girl, you're havin all the fun!--->Rg
We had fun.Nice to get out with the family.My son had to work :(
I suck with the camera.I need practice.Most pics I take are of things standing still,or at least partially still.The horses and bull's move at a 100 freakin miles an hour.I used a setting on the camera to compensate but instead got ghostly looking images.
I should have taken more pics and maybe some video but the security guy kept shoo'ing me away from the danger zone.
