The Lazy Cowgirls - Sock it to Me, Santa 7"

The Lazy Cowgirls, as I've said before I love this band. This was released on Bomp! back in 1986. I hate to admit the flipside of this "Goddamn Bottle." is better than the cover of "Sock it to me, Santa." but, maybe it's just me. Okay, I think I'm done posting Christmas music. Sorry about the small pics on the last two post. I can't find my actual 45's so I used Discogs scans, thanks to them for that.

Showcase Showdown – Ho Ho Ho Chi Minh! 7"

The Showcase Showdown from Allston, MA. The A Side is not that great but the B side "Merry Christmas I fucked Your Snowman," is one of my all time favourite Christmas songs. I first heard it many years ago on Al Quint's Radio show and thought it was one of the funniest Christmas Songs I've ever heard. In My opinion it beats the hell out of Fear's "Fuck Christmas." Maybe Bernando will like this better than the cover. Cheers and Merry Christmas

Neil - Hole in My Shoe 7"

Neil is Nigel Planner who played the character Neil in the UK sitcom The Young Ones. This is done as the total hippie that the Neil character was. If you have never watched or heard of The Young Ones this will be something that you'll most likely really hate. I find it pretty damn funny but, I love this type of humour. Too bad that Ade Edmondson never did something like this with his character from the show Vyvyan, or maybe he did and I just haven't heard it. This was released in 1984.
