Power Metal from Portland, Oregon. I remember seeing them at "The Mayor's Ball," which then Mayor Bud Clark had a couple of times at the Memorial Coliseum. It featured many different kinds of local bands, from Napalm Beach, Poison Idea, The Sweaty Nipples. and Cruella. In fact I think that's where I bought this cassette. So bang your head.
