Saw these guys in Philly around '73. By then their sound had morphed into a spacier, looser thing, lacking the focus of the tunes from the LP. Oh well. Still have my original vinyl.
The story about how they got their name: Apparently they sent a demo to Capt. Beefheart, who send the tape back to them with a note: "Good God!"
