What an absolute gem to find this in the wild--an early punk or new style release from a historic Boston bar that really answers some scene questions for me as to how the city became such a top notch music town. Bands are: DMZ, The Real Kids, Willie 'Loco' Alexander Boom Boom Band (coincidently I just received a request for one of their albums a couple weeks ago!), Susan, Third Rail, Thundertrain, Sass, Marc Thor, The Boize, and The Infliktors.
Great Lp! Mach Bell, lead singer for Thundertrain, has a couple of cool recent books that some folks might dig!
ReplyDeleteGoing to redo this one Jim as I learned I need 3 settings now after incorrectly changing stuff after Chameleon post a few months ago: skips and lots of pops back with worn in 3mV special stylus back to good old 29% line in volume which cuts all groove wear 2.. newer condition older vinyl w S-120 same old w qbert circular tip also at old 29% 3 severe groove wear w old worn Concorde club elliptical at 29% and newer mint vinyl w new Concorde club elliptical at 38% line-in volume. Just gotta buy a new club tip now. Sorry for the learning curve but I was right since I started ripping
