docart420, thanks for the comment. Looks like another one where the file name is too long for GoFiles and so they truncate it. You need to add ".RAR" to filename so WINRAR can identify it and open it. I will put up another link using zippyshare but keeping track of filename length this time and will compare long names in the future so I can give these additional instructions.
