Hello Mark, There were many good punk bands in Poland in the 80's, and still are but The Analogs are stupid "modern" skinheads group. You know Dezerter - they are the best known polish punk band cos they're still active. But do you know such bands as, for example: SIEKIERA - brutal HC/punk, later fantastic new wave band (CD reissue of their "legendary" 1984 punk stuff called "Na Wszystkich Frontach Swiata" with bonus live tracks and booklet with band history and lyrics also in english is still available) REJESTRACJA - probably the best polish punk band ever ABADDON - their 1985 "Wet Za Wet" LP is awesome MOSKWA - one of the most popular polish band in the 80's playing very fast, aggressive music in early GBH/Discharge/Broken Bones style KARCER - tuneful political HC band WC - one of the oldest polish punk bands, still active over 28 years DEFEKT MUZGÓ - also tuneful political band THE CORPSE - the first polish "true" crust band from the mid-80's or any other old polish band, not only Dezerter ?
