She should. It's a bad one and a big one. Tell her not to take chances. The wind is a killer. If she has a basement.Get in it. Here in Fla we have none. Stay low. It will take a long time to go over due to it's size. If the eye comes over you DO NOT GO OUTSIDE.When the wind changes direction it will be at top speed all at once.
She lives pretty far inland so the storm should pitter out before her city.Always best to warn though :) She'll be ok

That bastard of a storm came directly at us,dipped down at the last moment(I had all my supplies ready lol),went around Florida via Cuba (i'm sure it killed many there)then it came back up into the Gulf of Mexico and put the dead eye on Texas. I'm afraid it will be a pretty big disaster over there. Galveston has 17 foot seawalls and I heard i'ts going over.
