FREDDIE SALEM and the WILDCATS - Cat Dance LP 82

How ironic.  I get a comment after reposting the CATS album last week saying how this cover looks just like the CATS cover and viola! there it sits last weekend in the new arrivals at the records store.  I showed the clerk my picture of the CATS album from the post and he say yepper, that was not too uncommon before the days of the internet--spontaneous inspiration like with two bands called the Look both coming out in 1981.  This guy is from the band Outlaws and Todd Rundgren even wrote a song for this album.  Freddie was also in the GODZ band who quite simply rule.

Lol, that's a crazy coincidence that the LP just presented itself to you like that.
Besides being in The Outlaws Salem was also a member of The Godz, but his solo album is more refined & subtle if memory serves.
It was me who left that comment about the similar artwork on The Cats LP, so i really hope you actually like the album now you've shelled out your hard-earned cash for it.

Yeah BFK it's my warehouse record store that claims to be the largest in the world which I don't doubt but I had found the Groundhogs later record across town day before and after I got it that night I did a search online of their store and found the classic 1972 ghogs so that got me there and the warehouse has a couple record players there with headphones so I got to hear a lot it it before I decided so yeah thanks for the comment and hope my needle isn't getting too dull yet and sound is still good. Getting tougher as I think one of my car speakers needs replacement or maybe I should air out the USB plug in in my car as not always scratchy could be just during hot FL weather days mebbe... the rips all sound good on my home laptop and pic speakers
