One word to describe this band from the Lonestar State: Weird. Baboon was from Garland, TX and I guess you can best describe the music as experimental to a degree. It really reminds me in a strange way of some of the Houston experimental scene like Pain Teens or Turmoil in the Toybox to a degree.
"Disappointed" even with the god awful trombone is pretty good, but I think "California Dreaming," is pretty good in a disjointed sort of way.
