Hal Roach - The Best of Irish Humour LP/The King of The Blarney LP/Hal Roach Says...Write it Down LP

Irish Comedian Hal Roach passed away on Feb. 28th at the age of 84. He was born John Roach in Waterford, Ireland, I have no idea why he started using the name Hal Roach. I'd say his comedy routine is kind of along the lines of the late Cajun Comedian Justin Wilson, and a little bit of Henny Youngman. The jokes where short one liners, filled with mother in-law, ethnic and religious humour alike. He also holds the worlds record for having the longest running engagement at the same location for a comedian, some 26 years.

This is a pretty large file so I hope that, that doesn't cause a problem for people to download it.

Enjoy,

Brian Guy

Oh NO!! This guy was great, sad to hear of his death. He couldn't have held out a few more weeks for one last St. Patty's Day?? The "Write It Down!" LP has been a favorite for years, but I've not heard these other two. Thanks for sharing! R.I.P.

You are welcome, I hope you enjoy it. Some the jokes are used on the different albums, but I really don't have a problem with it.

Cheers,

Brian Guy
